Your responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage chalet reservations and respond to guest inquiries
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Help create a memorable experience for our guests
Desired profile
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Availability to work occasional evenings (before 7:00 p.m.)
- Occasional weekend availability
